Some of you probably noticed that my blog was down for about 72 hours. I thought that I was going to die! OK, not really. I actually spent most of my weekend away from home, so I decided to take this as an opportunity to relax and not spend so much time in front of my computer. Did it work? For the most part, yes!
My Saturday was spent at my boyfriend’s sister’s house in Montreal, drinking wine (no, I’m still not pregnant!) and eating all kinds of delicious food. Then we had a sleepover and we all went for a walk in a nature park (an ecological habitat accessible to citizens) on Sunday morning. It was lovely!
And now it’s Monday, so it’s back to work. I’m actually happy when the week starts (I know, I’m probably the only one). However, I was disappointed to see that my blog was still offline, but I kicked some butts and now it’s back up again. There were some security issues that needed to be taken care of, but fear not dear readers, I didn’t hesitate one second to use my credit card to secure my site. After all, I still have quirky penpal ads to post!
Today’s ad was written by Srećko in Austria (from Serbia), and yes, he’s a man! I almost fell off my chair when I realized that 2 men had sent me penpal ads in such a short amount of time. Incredible! Thank you guys.
UPDATE: Srećko is no longer looking for penpals, so he asked me to remove his address.
And I’m now happy to announce that I’m completely caught up in the penpal ad department! The only ads I still need to post were received in October, so it’s time for people who are looking for new snail mail friends to send me their quirky penpal ad! There’s lots of room for entries to be published in November, so what are you waiting for?! Get writing!
