Can I still tell you how happy I am about the League of Extraordinary Penpals?! Will you find me annoying?! That’s OK, you can go ahead and tell me to shut up. But I most likely won’t. Haha! I’m just too proud of this project and I can’t wait for the first newsletter to come out on February 1st. It’s been so much fun working with Laura, Supreme Angel of my life and Partner of my dreams (yes, she paid me to write this). We’ve probably sent each other hundreds of emails since December and she hasn’t even started getting on my nerves yet! So it’s true that she’s the perfect business partner (& friend & penpal).

I also want to thank everyone who has purchased stationery from La Papierre lately (or talked about my stationery to their friends). 2013 is going so well for me and my little business so far!

What are your plans for the weekend? I have some work to do (namely designing the official LEP stationery), but it’s UFC night with the boys and tomorrow I’m invited to a turkey dinner! I love love love when other people cook for me. Ahhh… Life is good. I even started a gratitude journal recently. Does anyone else keep one?

Hello darlings! I hope everyone had a great week. Mine was lovely – we had 45 centimeters of snow a few days ago and now we have a huge mound of snow in the backyard! It’s probably at least 15 feet tall. Louis-Justin and I have a lot of fun sliding together…

We also spent some quality time inside, playing board games, watching movies (Ponyo yesterday), reading… Even Arnaud likes to read, apparently!

I haven’t written one single letter so far, but I’m hoping to at least finish my novel to Laura next week. And then maybe I can finally start writing back to Jessica, Sandra and Lisa who have been waiting for a reply since November!
